Does magnetite work for everyone, and how long does it normally take?	Magnetite has been reported to work as soon as two hours after wearing it. In most cases, people notice results within 3-5 days, while with others it may take a couple weeks. We stand behind everything we sell, but we also understand that magnetite is not for everyone; if after wearing your magnetite for over 90 days and you still feel no change please send it back and we’ll refund your money.
Where should I wear my jewelry?	Magnetics effect your circulatory system so one piece anywhere on your body will help your entire system. You should wear it where ever will be most comfortable for you.
How much magnetite do I need?	The vast majority of people who wear magnetite jewelry are wearing double strand bracelets, or one-strand necklaces. Some people simply require more magnetics, so if the piece you are wearing is hard to tell if its helping or its helping just a little, then you might want to consider trying another piece in addition to what you are already wearing.
Is magnetite safe?	Most people do not experience adverse side effects associated with magnetic therapy. We do recommend that you consult a physician before using magnets during pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker or defibrillator. The use of magnets on your abdomen within 90 minutes of a meal is not recommended. Some medications may become more effective with the use of magnets and dosage may have to be adjusted by your doctor. The use of magnets should not replace treatment from qualified medical professionals. Any self-help application is the sole responsibility of the user.
How is Atkinson Trading magnetite jewelry different from other magnetic products?	Our magnetic jewelry is designed to help provide relief 24 hours a day. Most magnetic products only work sporadically, such as magnetic mattresses or shoe inserts. Our jewelry is hand made, comfortable, attractive and above all affordable. No one needs to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on “magnetic” products that might not even work, when you can get a high quality product for much less.
Does this really work?	While there is still much debate in the medical community about the benefits of magnetics, thousands of people who have tried magnetite jewelry have said it has had a significant effect on their lifes. I have a pacemaker. Can I wear magnetic jewelry?	We recommend that you consult a physician before using magnetics if you have a pacemaker or a defibrillator. Anytime you are in doubt of how magnetics may affect you, please talk to your doctor.
How should the magnetite jewelry fit on me?	We recommend that you be able to fit your index finger between your skin and the clasp. A looser fit will still be just as effective. To find your size, wrap a string or measuring tape around your wrist, ankle, or neck, then add about one half inch to that measurement
Do I have to take off my jewelry in the shower?	You are certainly welcome to wear your jewelry in the shower if you’d like. We personally recommend taking it off as the water might produce rust. If you do choose to take it off, just remember to put it on again when you are done.

What is Magnetite really?	Magnetite is a natural magnet, hence the name, giving it a very nice distinguishing characteristic. It is a common mineral, and exists in numerous localities across the world. Just like electricity produces magnetic fields, magnetism produces electric fields as well. Magnetite is a member of the spinal group which has the standard formula A(B)2O4. The A and B represent usually different metal ions that occupy specific sites in the crystal structure. In the case of magnetite, Fe3O4, the A metal is Fe +2 and the B metal is Fe +3; two different metal ions in two specific sites. This arrangement causes a transfer of electrons between the different irons in a structured path or vector. This electric vector generates the magnetic field. Magnetite is the most magnetic of all the naturally occurring minerals on Earth, and these magnetic properties led to lodestone being used as an early form of magnetic compass.
